Welcome to OCM, we believe that communication is key to success and while everything has advanced in the past 10 years, it seems that community administration and the law have remained in the dark ages. Why wait 1 year to discuss matters at the annual general meeting or receive the meeting minutes in printed format.

Quick Navigation

From this menu you can go to the most essential tools to manage your profile

Message: If you are already here then you should have no problem using this system. It is simply where you receive private and registered messages from your community.

My Profile: Here you can update your email, contact numbers, address and even provide emergency contact numbers in case you are never in, so that neighbours can advise about problems. This option also allows you to set how you wish to receive your communications, in what language and much more.

My fees & accounts: This option is only available in OCM Premium and Platinum, but it is the best way to keep up with your community fees and payments. When activated you should be able to see your exact balance which is generally updated on a routine basis by the community administrator.

Change Password: The one thing that we all hate, here you can change your password as many times as you like.

Next is tasks: This option allows you to view and communicate issues and problems to the administrator or the president of the community.

Buy / Rent / Sell: This is the best solution if you want to rent or sell your property or any second hand items you may have for sale.

Proxy Vote: If you need to assign a representative to present you at a particular community meeting, here is the best way to do it. It is simple, just type in the name of the person who is going to represent you, select the meeting date and finally if you own more than one property in that community select the property and repeat the procedure for all other properties. You will see a list of all proxy votes that you have sent on the top of the page. ( For example in this case on 26 Aug 2011 you authorized Peter Mitchell to present you as the owner of property No 28 at the community meeting to be held on the EGM of 18 April 2011). To complete the form you can also type in the email address of your representative for example miller@hotmail.com and specify which language they speak. Click "send" and a copy will be posted to your Administrator and president.
