To edit the way you receive communications from your community click on the “Notifications” tab

Community Notifications

On this section you can choose to receive your communications by email or post. We recommend users to subscribe to this online service for receiving your account statements, notifications and all other news and information (including changes to terms and conditions of the web site). 

Automatic System Reminders

You can also decide how to receive the automatic reminders.

• Fee reminders are only for the upgrade version of the platform and you can set them to be sent 7, 3 or 1 day before the fee is due.
• AGM (and EGM) reminders are for general use and can be set to send an email 30 day, 7 days and/or 1 day prior to the meeting.

You can receive reminders by email and/or SMS

• To receive reminders by email select “Yes”.
• To receive reminders by SMS select “Yes”.

SMS Notifications

If you have decided to receive notifications by SMS, on this panel you will see what mobile phone number you will be receiving the SMS. This number is editable through “My Profile” tab.

It also informs you on how many credits you have and gives you the option of buying more credits by clicking on the “Buy Credits” link. If you click on the link you will be given the option of purchasing different amounts by Credit Card (via Unicaja online payment service) or PayPal. The amounts and equivalences are:

• €5  (Equivalent to 33 SMS Notifications)
• €10  (Equivalent to 66 SMS Notifications)
• €15  (Equivalent to 100 SMS Notifications)
• €20  (Equivalent to 133 SMS Notifications)
• €25  (Equivalent to 166 SMS Notifications)
• €30  (Equivalent to 200 SMS Notifications)

You can also check your SMS history by clicking on the “Detailed View” link. When doing this you will see a record list with the following information:

• Date: the date the service was used
• Telephone:  Displays which telephone the message was sent to
• Price: the cost of the SMS received.

Terms and conditions of use

Here you will see the conditions of use of the community site in the three main languages, English, Spanish and German.

By selecting to receive community notifications by email you accept that:

• This suspends the sending of all information and notifications in paper format.
• All electronic communications will be considered to have been delivered in the same way as any printed format.
• It is your responsibility to access the website on a regular basis, check your notifications and keep your personal information updated at all times.

You can cancel this subscription directly online and at any given time, requesting that all communications be sent to you in paper format. Communications sent by electronic mail or SMS may not necessarily be encrypted.
