Both. OCM can be used by the administrator to provide web sites for all or some of their managed communities. OCM can also be a stand-alone web site and database system for individual communities.
An administrator using the OCM system can have their main, corporate web site, and sub-sites for their managed communities. The manager's site acts as the umbrella over the community sites and allows the management company to easily manage those sites, communicate better with owners, and provide the sites at a much lower initial and ongoing costs than the communities would pay to create their own sites.
Yes. You can choose to permit your members to update their own information. OCM also provides a means for you to periodically remind owners to review and update their personal information.
Yes. Data is secure multiple ways:
1) All data is encrypted.
2) Data is backed up nightly.
3) Data is maintained at a state-of-the art secure facility.
4) Our server drives are redundant. If a drive ever goes down, another automatically takes over.
5) It is your data. OCM will not sell your data.
Yes. It's up to you and it's easy to make a switch if you decide to permit viewing later on.
Yes. The OCM Forum module allows members to easily discuss any number of subjects. The Forum also allows users to subscribe to specific topics and receive email notification of new responses.
Yes. OCM can take the information from your current website and use your existing domain name to host and transfer all existing data.
Yes. Our customers sometimes find it easier to create content in Word or another program, then copy and paste it into OCM's content editor to create html content.

OCM can provide all members with a live tutorial seminar to allow owners and the committee learn the system. We have also developed many time-saving tools to make your implementation run smoothly and efficiently. We also utilize web-based training to minimize travel time and expenses.
OCM comes with an online news page, newsletter and calendar that allows you to display one-time and recurring calendar items. It also allows for additional details for each calendar item.
OCM provides users with a 'text sizer' so they can choose how large or small their web site text will be.
Yes OCM allows the viewing of all accounts online.
OCM provides you with a multi-lingual newsletter option, so the text can be written in one of the recognised system languages and other users can read in their chosen language or if desired as the original text.

No. OCM is a secure, hosted, 100% web-based application. There is nothing to install.
Users of OCM web sites fall into four categories:
1. General Public,
2. Owners,
3. Administrators,
4. OCM Web Administrators.
Public pages can be viewed by anyone. Owners' pages can be viewed only with username and password access. Property and Top Administrators have extended rights in order to manage site content, send broadcast messages, create newsletters, and so on.
